Маленька Анастасія із Закарпаття у свої 5 рочків не могла посміхатися, як дівчатка її віку. Коли дівчинка раділа, то була змушена стримувати емоції, інакше новоутворення у правій щічці привертало до себе увагу інших, її обличчя ставало асиметричним. Дівчинка починала комплексувати і закриватися від друзів.
У родині Анастасійки, яку всі називають Стейсі, саме чекають на ще одну дитинку. Але попри радість очікування схвильовані батьки шукали допомоги старшій донечці і розпочали обстеження. Вони приїхали до Львова, адже чули, що тут можуть допомогти з найскладнішими випадками. Після МРТ і УЗД медики зрозуміли, що у дівчинки – судинна мальформація (це таке скупчення аномальних кровоносних судин, воно призводять до змін кровотоку).
У Стейсі вона була у складній ділянці – у товщі жувального мʼяза, крім того, вона була великою – 3,5 см. Оперувати було небезпечно, адже можна було ушкодити нерв, великі судини і якість життя малечі погіршилася б. Але медики Міжрегіонального центру дитячої щелепно-лицевої хірургії шпиталю «Охматдит» запропонували інноваційне рішення.
«У Стейсі ділянка мальформації є складною у плані топографічної анатомії. Річ у тім, що у цьому місці проходять рухові гілки лицевого нерва, судини. Ми прийняли рішення допомогти малечі з допомогою малоінвазивної методики – ін’єкційної склерозуючої терапії», – пояснила щелепно-лицева хірургиня Христина Погранична.
Замість операції Стейсі чекали уколи – лікарі ввели у судинне утворення спеціальну речовину, яка «склеїла» аномальні судини. Вона перетворює їх у нефункціональні сполучні трубки (так звані тяжі), а самі судини, піддані впливу цієї речовини, відключаються від кровоносної системи і через рік-півтора самостійно розсмоктуються. При цьому здорові судини не страждають.
Таких уколів було 3. Усі відбувалися під медикаментозним сном, щоб малечі було комфортно.
Після першої процедури мальформація зменшилась вдвічі і наполовину зменшився кровоплин. Після другої процедури мальформація ще більше ущільнилась, кровоплин там зупинився повністю. Після третьої лікарі повідомили батькам Стейсі, що це вже остаточна перемога. Тривало лікування півроку.
Стейсі знову радує своєю усмішкою! Про хворобу їй нічого не нагадує, адже після ін’єкційної склерозуючої терапії не залишається шрамів чи рубців.
