Лікарі “Охматдиту” врятували дівчинку із вродженою вадою жовчних шляхів.

Сім’я із Пустомитів. Коли Анні-Марії був рік почалися проблеми зі шлунково-кишковим трактом: періодично з‘являлась блювота, яка супроводжувалась підвищенням рівня ацетону в крові. Дівчинка неодноразово лікувалась з приводу цього у гастроентеролога.

Спочатку це трактувалося, як функціональні порушення шлунково-кишкового тракту на фоні вродженої ферментопатії, але при детальному загальну обстеженні було встановлено діагноз: первинний склерозуючий холангіт з порушенням евакуації жовчі з печінки на фоні вродженої аномалії жовчевих ходів.

«При склерозуючому холангіті стінка жовчевих ходів замінюється сполучною тканиною, а постійний застій жовчі веде до цирозу печінки, коли єдиним виходом є її трансплантація», – зауважив завідувач Клініки «Хірургія Плюс» Роман Стеник.

Коли Анні-Марії було 4 роки, лікарі нашого шпиталю зробили дитині складну реконструктивну операцію на жовчевих ходах та наклали біліо-дигестивний анастомоз для покращення відтоку жовчі з печінки в тонку кишку. Операція пройшла успішно.

В даний час стан дівчинки задовільний. Анна-Марія знаходиться під постійним диспансерним наглядом хірургів «Охматдиту». При контрольному огляді через 3 роки після операції ознак склерозуючого холангіту та печінкової недостатності не виявлено.

“Дуже задоволена і рада, що попала до Романа Стеника і Вікторії Семен. Вони фактично, мою дитину врятували. Я їм дуже вдячна! Зараз донька повністю живе повноцінним життям, правильно харчується”, – розповіла мама дівчинки Марта.
