El entrenamiento arduo se vio en su mejor momento al año siguiente, el cual, teniendo tan solo 20 años, Schwarzenegger ganó por primera vez el título de Mr. Universo; convirtiéndose en el hombre más joven en recibirlo. Un suplemento puede parecer eficaz comparado con nada, pero eso no significa que sea mejor que otras opciones. Es decir, el colágeno puede tener beneficios para la piel, las articulaciones y posiblemente el tejido conectivo, incluso los músculos.
    Por ello, resulta imposible pensar que todos ellos han conseguido sus objetivos sin la ayuda de la química.
