Великий сальник являє собою складку очеревини, яка починається від шлунку. Великий сальник прикриває спереду кишкові петлі, його основною функцією є захисна реакція при травмах та запальних захворюваннях органів черевної порожнини.
Миколі 10 років. Сімʼя зі села Жорниська Львівської області. Почалося все із різкого болю у животі, яка то зʼявлялася, то стихала. Спершу, мама хлопчика подумала, що це отруєння і дала сину сорбенти (речовини, які використовуються для виведення або нейтралізації токсинів та інших небажаних речовин з організму). Однак, біль не припинялася впродовж 3-ох днів. Хлопчик, навіть, зміг виступити на шкільному святі. А вночі Миколі стало різко дуже зле. Хлопчика одразу завезли до приймального відділення “Охматдиту”.
При обстеженні та діагностичній лапароскопії наші хірурги виявили у дитини фрагментарний некроз великого сальника (рідкісне гостре хірургічне захворювання органів черевної порожнини) та вторинно змінений гострий катаральний апендицит. Відтак, видалили ще й апендикс.
“Причини цього діагнозу мають широкий спектр. Це може трапитися і від легкого удару, і від певної механічної дії. Складність цього захворювання у тому, що його не видно при УЗД обстеженні і дуже не виражена клінічна картина. Тому, найчастіше можна виявити цей діагноз при лапароскопічній діагностиці. Такі випадки трапляються рідко. За весь час моєї хірургічної практики пригадую всього три таких випадки”, – розповів дитячий хірург Олександр Колодій (Олександр Колодій).
“Варто зазначити, що коли роблять дитині операцію відкрито (класичний метод), то сальник досить важко знайти і доводиться робити велику середину лапаротомію, тобто великий розріз. Ускладнює цю ситуацію, коли дитина має лишню вагу. А оскільки, у нашій лікарні ми робимо діагностичну лапароскопію, то операція робиться лише через три проколи”, – наголосила дитячий хірург-інтерн Тетяна Катринець.
“Я була приємно вражена від лікарні. Бо це і так така ситуація неприємна і неочікувана, сірі стіни лікарні ще додають смутку. А тут навпаки – ремонт, умови, чистенько, тепло, годували чудово. А лікарям узагалі дуже вдячна, що усе так сталося. Вдома вже ніяких у сина симптом, скарг”, – поділилася мама хлопчика Оксана.
Після антибіотикотерапії хлопчика вже виписали додому, він почувається добре. У подальшому буде перебувати під спостереженням лікарів та на контролі харчування.
