Сім’я із села Старий Яр Яворівського району Львівської області. Матвію 7 років. Почалося все із високої температури. Дитину лікували антибіотиками, однак легше не ставало. Температура не падала, у Матвія почали боліти плечі та груди. Тоді батьки хлопчика поїхали ще раз до місцевих лікарів. На рентгені виявили ознаки двобічної пневмонії та лівобічного ексудативного плевриту. Хлопчика одразу ж перенаправили до нашої лікарні.
Діагноз, який поставили наші фахівці – двобічна, полісегментарна пневмонія, лівобічна деструктивна пневмонія, лівобічний ексудативний плеврит, лівобічний фібриноторакс. Іншими словами – двобічне запалення легень, рідина в лівій плевральній порожнині та спайки, які створювали ефект бджолиних сот, тобто рідина була обмеженою і звичайним дренуванням не могла бути видалена з плевральної порожнини.
У нашому шпиталі дитині провели торакоскопію, адгезіолізис, тобто роз’єднання плевральних спайок, санацію (ряд лікувально-профілактичних заходів з оздоровлення організму) та дренування плевральної порожнини (видалення з плевральної порожнини повітря, крові або рідини, розправлення легені та ліквідація зміщення середостіння, яке спричиняє гемодинамічні порушення).
Втручання пройшло успішно! Опісля ще продовжили медикаментозне лікування. Хлопчика вже виписали додому.
Зауважимо! Торакоскопія легень – це малоінвазивний ендоскопічний метод, за допомогою якого проводиться діагностика або оперативне втручання при патології легень. Торакоскопія являє собою вузьку трубку з камерою на кінці, яка вводиться в плевральну порожнину через грудну стінку. Цей метод є менш травматичним, ніж звичайна операція, дає набагато менше ускладнень, скорочує терміни реабілітації, знижує потребу в знеболюванні і необхідність перебування у відділенні реанімації в післяопераційному періоді.
“Торакоскопія нам дозволила пришвидшити процес одужання. Ми забрали ті вогнища, які були осумковані спайками. Адекватно провели санацію плевральної порожнини. Результатом ми задоволені. Коли ми ще не застосовували торакоскопію – діти лікувалися довше. Ці всі ускладнення трималися довший час, повільно розсмоктувалися”, – розповів торакальний хірург Олександр Колодій (Олександр Колодій).
“Дуже сподобалася лікарня. Ми задоволені ставленням та лікуванням”, – поділилася мама хлопчика Марія.
