Багато років без активного соціального життя. Наші урологи зробили складне втручання та допомогли 13-річному хлопчику відновити повноцінне життя.

Сім’я з іншого регіону України звернулася до нашого Центру зі складним випадком: у 13-річного хлопчика була важка вроджена патологія сечової системи – двобічний рефлюксуючий мегауретер із ураженням обох нирок, що призвело до ниркової недостатності. Про діагноз родина почула ще в 1-місячному віці дитини.

За місцем проживання лікарі разом із європейським спеціалістом вирішили видалити одну нирку, і у хлопчика залишилася друга з виведеним на шкіру сечоводом.

Операції були виконані ще в грудному віці дитини. Через це йому доводилося носити памперс на животі, що значно обмежувало його соціальне життя: дитина не могла ходити до садочка і школи, навчалася лише онлайн, а педагоги відвідували його вдома. У нього практично зникли самостійні сечовипускання.

❗️І це впродовж 12 років. Батьки шукали допомоги в Україні та Європі, але всюди чули відмову.

Наша команда урологів взялася за порятунок хлопчика. Комплексне обстеження підтвердило складність випадку, але наші лікарі вирішили ризикнути та провести операцію з відновлення правильної анатомії сечових шляхів єдиної нирки. Аби врятувати життя хлопчика та дати йому шанс на повноцінне соціальне життя!

«У дитини одна нирка, яка вже була значно пошкоджена від захворювання та попередніх операцій. Ризик небезпеки втручання був неймовірно високий. А повторні операції завжди несуть високі ризики через множинні рубці. Нам потрібно було працювати надзвичайно уважно та педантично. Це дуже складне втручання», – пояснює уролог Богдан Гижа.

✅ Операція пройшла успішно! Хлопчик тепер може нормально ходити до туалету. Готується повернутися до школи. Повноцінно соціалізується та насолоджується життям. Вперше лікарі помітили усмішку на його обличчі.

«Ми зверталися до багатьох лікарів, але тільки тут нам змогли допомогти. Відчули справжню турботу колективу лікарів, а також всього медичного персоналу хірургічного відділення. Ми безмежно вдячні!» – сказала щаслива мама.
