13-річна Вікторія з Нікополя (Дніпропетровська область) постраждала внаслідок ракетного удару, коли разом із родиною їхала автомобілем у напрямку Покровська (Донецька область) в гості до дідуся. Вибух стався зовсім поруч. Найбільше дісталося саме Віці – уламки пошкодили м’язи та нерви правої ноги, спричинили перелом і залишили глибокі рубці.
Попереду на дівчинку чекала довга боротьба за можливість знову ходити.
«Після травми донька перенесла кілька операцій – спершу хірургічні, щоб врятувати ногу, потім пересадку шкіри, вак-терапію. Вона мужньо все витримала. Але після цього стопа не стала рівною, не вистачало рівномірного балансу м’язів та сухожилків. Ми знали, що потрібна ще одна операція – ортопедична», — розповідає мама дівчинки, Оксана.
Саме пошук висококваліфікованого спеціаліста привів родину до Клініки нейроортопедії, травматології та реабілітації Центру дитячої медицини, лікарні “Охматдит”.
Керівник Клініки, ортопед-травматолог Олександр Корольков пояснює: «У Вікторії сформувалася післятравматична еквінокавоварусна деформація стопи – наслідок пошкодження м’язів і нервів. Це порушувало її ходу і створювало косметичний дефект. Завдання нашої команди – максимально вирівняти стопу і повернути їй функціональність.»
Під час операції лікарі виконали складну реконструкцію: подовжили ахіллове сухожилля, висікли рубцеві тканини, виконали корекцію кісток стопи (коригуючий,артродез), пересадили частину м’язів, які залишилися активними, щоб вони утримували стопу у правильному положенні.
«Операція була не проста, але ми зробили все малотравматично та ефективно. Попереду у дитини ще іммобілізація до 6 тижнів у штучному полімерної гіпсі – потім реабілітація та обов’язкове носіння ортеза. Але головне – вона зможе ставати на п’ятку, мати рівну та опорну стопу і ходити без болю», – каже Олександр Корольков.
Після пережитого Вікторія боїться гучних звуків і вибухів, тому родина тимчасово переїхала у спокійніше місце – до Зеленодольська, під Кривим Рогом.
Та попри все, дівчинка не втрачає віри і мріє повернутися до активного життя.
«Ми дуже вдячні лікарям Центру дитячої медицини за увагу, турботу і професіоналізм», — каже мама дівчинки.
Команда, яка оперувала дівчинку: ортопеди-травматологи: Олександр Корольков, Микола Люткевич, анестезіолог, керівниця відділення Віра Приймакова.
Центр дитячої медицини продовжує відновлювати життя дітей, які постраждали внаслідок війни, і доводить: навіть після найважчих травм можливо повернути щасливе і активне дитинство!
