Дитину екстренно доставили каретою швидкої допомоги до нашої лікарні “Охматдит”. Дівчинка була у важкому стані, мала високу температуру тіла, задишку, низьку сатурацію кисню у крові. Дитину одразу госпіталізували у Клініку торакальної хірургії.
Лікарі розпочали інтенсивну терапію – призначили два потужні антибіотики, щоб зупинити інфекцію, інфузійну та кисневу терапію. Але головним етапом лікування стала торакоскопічна операція – малоінвазивне втручання, яке виконала наша команда торакальних хірургів.
“Лише через 2 розрізи розміром до 1 см ми дісталися до ураженої легені, усунули гнійно-некротичні вогнища і зберегли легеню”, – наголосив торакальний хірург Олександр Колодій.
У післяопераційному періоді дівчинка перебувала у відділенні реанімації і знаходилася на апараті ШВЛ.
«Деструктивна пневмонія – одне з найважчих хірургічних захворювань у дітей. Воно стрімко прогресує, загрожує життю, і вимагає не просто досвіду, а чіткої злагодженої роботи всієї команди.
