Проте лише у нашому шпиталі дітям роблять з особливим наркозом – без інтубації трахеї.

Сім’я з Хмельницької області. Коли хлопчику було 6 років у нього почав зникати голос, тож родина звернулася до місцевих лікарів. Миколі поставили попередній діагноз – папіломатоз гортані та направили дитину до нашого шпиталю. В “Охматдиті” цей діагноз підтвердили й одразу прооперували.

Оскільки, захворювання за певний проміжок часу рецидивує – хлопчика час від часу, за потреби оперують. Наразі, Микола пережив вже 6 втручань. Зараз Миколі 10 років.

Коли, папіломатоз гортані у дітей рецидивує, то призводить до звуження просвіту дихальних шляхів з прогресуючим погіршенням дихання. Відтак, серед симптом: хрипота, утруднене дихання, задишка. Рідше: кашель, відчуття перебування стороннього тіла, дискомфорт, дисфагія.

“Я дуже дякую лікарні, безпосередньо всім лікарям-ЛОРам, анестезіологам, які допомогли. У нас, навіть, є чат батьків, які мають дітей з таким діагнозом. І у ньому є Федір Богданович Юрочко. Він з нами на зв’язку 24\7, відповідає на наші питання, усе пояснює”, – розповіла мама Миколи.

Такі операції є складними, адже потребують особливого анестезіологічного забезпечення і вимагають проведення наркозу без інтубації трахеї.

Після операції пройшло вже більше місяця! Голос і дихання у хлопчика добрі. Надалі, Микола буде під постійним спостереженням медиків. Адже, можливо, буде потрібне повторне втручання.
