Сімʼя з Львівської області, тимчасово проживає у Польщі. 17-річна дівчина випадково виявила у себе утвір у молочній залозі під час душу. Це сталося рік тому. Вона нікому не розповіла – боялась, не знала, що робити. Лише з часом, почувши історію про онкологічне захворювання у далекої родички, злякалась і поділилася своїм страхом з сестрою та мамою. Вони вирішили не зволікати.
Родина приїхала до України спеціально для обстеження. На УЗД виявили великий утвір у правій молочній залозі – розміром 5х3 см. Візуально він був непомітний, але добре пальпувався.
Наші фахівці – хірурги та гінеколог – провели комплексне обстеження, включно з онкомаркерами. На щастя, новоутвір виявився доброякісним. Було ухвалено рішення про операцію.
Наші лікарі успішно видалили пухлинний утвір. Гістологічне дослідження підтвердило його доброякісне походження.
«Якби пацієнтка не звернулись до по допомогу, то пухлина могла б прогресувати і збільшуватись у розмірі. Зазвичай, такі утвори не перероджуються у злоякісні, хоча випадки в літературі описуються. Тобто, ризики є», – наголосила гінекологиня нашого Центру Наталія Козак.
Самообстеження – ключ до раннього виявлення!
Гінекологиня Наталія Козак підкреслює: дівчатам важливо регулярно проводити самообстеження молочних залоз — раз на місяць, з 1 по 10 день менструального циклу, коли груди не є набряклими і виявити навіть дрібні утвори легше.
Якщо є біль, дискомфорт, ущільнення чи виділення з однієї молочної залози — варто негайно звернутися до батьків, опікунів і лікаря.
УЗД молочних залоз рекомендовано у разі появи скарг, навіть у підлітковому віці.

Саме тому підлітки, які мають нерегулярний менструальний цикл або інші ознаки гормонального дисбалансу, повинні обов’язково звертатися до лікаря для дообстеження.
