“Частину кістки шукали на місці аварії”: команда ортопедів-травматологів нашого Центру дитячої медицини, лікарні “Охматдит” успішно виконали серію хірургічних втручань 15-річному хлопцю, який на мотоциклі потрапив у важку ДТП.

Аварія трапилось у Хирові Львівської області звідки родом 15-річний Артем. У хлопця, який керував мотоциклом врізався автомобіль. Спершу Артема госпіталізували до лікарні Самбора, а потім перевели до нашого Центру. Наші лікарі одразу почали проводити протишокові та реанімаційні заходи, відтак стан дитини був стабілізований.

У Артема діагностували травматичний шок, великі рвані та скальповані рани лівого стегна і гомілки, відкриті багатоуламкові переломи лівої стегнової кістки та обох кісток лівої гомілки з множинними саднами та забоями кінцівок і тулуба.

🔎 У процесі клінічного та рентгенологічного обстеження було виявлено, що у дитини відсутня частина стегнової кістки довжиною 12 см, яка залишилася на місці ДТП. Тож родичі хлопця поїхали на місце події та знайшли елемент кістки. Тим часом, через 6 годин після госпіталізації, наші лікарі почали складне комбіноване втручання, зокрема накладення двох VAC-апаратів роздільно на ліве стегно та гомілку.

👉 У процесі подальшого лікування Артему було зроблено ще три операції, зокрема вільна шкірна пластика дефектів стегна та гомілки повношарованими перфорованими клаптями.

Після демонтажу VAC-апаратів, Артем вертикалізований, ходить з милицями з дозованим навантаженням на уражену кінцівку, усі рани зажили, а пересаджені шкірні клапті прижились.

“У Центрі все на вищому рівні: харчуюсь гарно і доглядають добре за мною. Лікарі чудові”, – розповів Артем.

Операційна команда: керівник Клініки нейроортопедії, травматології та реабілітації дітей, ортопед-травматолог Олександр Корольков (Олександр Корольков), ортопеди-травматологи Євген Чепіль, Андрій Костюк, Тарас Москаль (Taras Moskal), Олег Токай (Oleg Tokay), анестезіолог Віра Приймакова (Віра Приймакова), операційна медсестра Таня Качмарик.

Артем вже пройшов один курс реабілітації у нашій лікарні та вже виписаний додому. У подальшому хлопець ще буде проходити курси реабілітації у нашій Клініці реабілітації, а процес лікування триватиме ще приблизно 3 місяці до повного зрощення кісток та демонтажу апаратів зовнішньої фіксації.
