Місія допомоги завершена – результати вражають!

Упродовж 6-ти днів інтенсивної праці, спільно з українськими фахівцями, американська команда медиків провела потужну благодійну місію в Центрі дитячої медицини, лікарні «Охматдит».

Серед втручань:

✅ 14 – первинні та вторинні операції з приводу вроджених вад обличчя (розщілини губи та піднебіння, колобоми) – тривалістю по 3–4 години

✅ 1 – операція зменшення язика при макроглосії у дитини із синдромом Відемана-Беквіта

✅ 1 – видалення нейрофіброматозу обличчя

✅ 1 – новоутвір голови

✅ 1 – гігантський невус обличчя з пересадкою шкіри

✅ 2 – реконструкції обличчя та шиї після деформуючих рубців

✅ 1 – бокова кіста шиї у дитини 5 місяців

✅ 4 – ортогнатичні бімаксилярні остеотомії, тривалістю до 10 годин

✅ 10 – операцій при судинних мальформаціях

✅ 2 – новоутвори голови

Це не лише про медичну допомогу. Це – про надію, життя без болю, і майбутнє, яке починається з правильного лікування.

🤝 До місії долучилися провідні американські фахівці: Mohammed Elfar — краніофаціальна та пластична хірургія, Mark Hnatiuk — краніофаціальна хірургія, ЛОР, Steve Orten — пластична хірургія обличчя, John Sands — щелепно-лицева хірургія, Warren Schubert — пластична хірургія, хірургія кисті, опікова хірургія, James Suen — отоларингологія, хірургія голови та шиї, мікрохірургія, Naomi Quillopa — операційна медсестра, Viktor Czerkasij — дерматолог. А також логопединя Monica Kemp — долучилась онлайн.

Ця благодійна місія стала можливою завдяки фундації “Християнська медична асоціація України” спільно з LEAP Global Missions (США), Ed’s Friends та Razom for Ukraine.
