Батьки щиро раділи бачачи результати після операції. Ми набрались нового досвіду і налагодили співпрацю. Очікуємо нових зустрічей”, – поділилася емоціями завідувачка офтальмологічного відділення “Калейдоскоп” Наталія Гудима.
“Це був насичений, цікавий і водночас важкий тиждень. Цікаві кейси, складні пацієнти та приємна співпраця. Як завжди приємно працювати з Leap Team. Це злагоджена командна робота!”, – поділилася враженнями завідувачка відділення реанімації Віра Приймакова.
“У цей приїзд довелося тісно співпрацювати з пластичним хірургом Larry Arnold. Нами сумісно виконано декілька хірургічних втручань дітям різного віку (від 1 року до 16-ти) зі складною патологією кисті. Зокрема, декільком дітям виконано видалення келоїдних рубців на кисті із пластичним заміщенням повношаровим шкірним аутотрансплантатом. У процесі такої співпраці відбувається взаємне збагачення та обмін досвідом”, – розповів ортопед-травматолог, завідувач відділення травматології Олександр Корольков.
“Серед пацієнтів, яким проводились оперативні втручання були діти, які мали особливості, які в анестезіології визначаються як ”складні дихальні шляхи”. Тому ми використовували інтубацію трахеї за допомогою фіброскопа, а також залучали ЛОР-фахівців (Юрочка Ф.), а також торакального хірурга (Колодія О.). Окрім цього, для зменшення крововтрати ми використовували метод контрольованої гіпотензії, що також створював кращі умови для роботи хірургів”, – розповів анестезіолог Володимир Міщук.
“З кожним разом це вже не просто місія американських хірургів, це вже наші друзі, наші вчителі! Ці дні були неймовірно насиченими, я працювали з одним з найкращих спеціалістів з судинних мальформацій James Suen вже не вперше. Він є моїм наставником та вчителем, з іншими хірургами маємо теж цікаві випадки для обговорення до наступного їхнього приїзду”, – наголосила хірургиня Юлія Хомин.
