“Коли хвилювалася – з рук капав піт, як березовий сік”: в “Охматдиті” провели оперативне втручання 13-річній дівчинці, яка страждала від гіпергідрозу (надмірне потовиділення)

Олександра з Волинської області. З трьох років дівчинка страждала від гіпергідрозу – надмірного потовиділення кисть рук та стоп. Процес виділення поту із потових залоз був настільки сильний, що робити звичайні побутові справи Олександрі було дуже складно.

“Ми в Луцьку обійшли всіх лікарів. Одні казали, що це з віком пройде. Інші, що це від нервів і прописували заспокійливе. Але це триває з дитинства і стає все гірше і гірше. Вона не могла в школі, навіть, ручку тримати, писати. Зошити заливало потом. Вона у нас ще й гімнастка. Не зручно тримати спортивні булави, мʼяч. Це дуже їй ускладнювало життя. Мені знайома порадила дитячу лікарню “Охматдит” у Львові. Ми приїхали на консультацію до дерматолога в поліклініку, який відповідно скерував до дитячого хірурга. І так ми опинилися тут – у лікарні. Ми дуже дякуємо лікарям за операцію. Дуже задоволені”, – розповіла мама Олександри Юлія.

“У Олександри через надмірне потовиділення на руках і ногах були ерозії, некрози шкіри, шелушіння та глибокі тріщини. Такий випадок, щоб внаслідок гіпергідрозу був некроз досить рідко трапляється і ця пацієнтка саме така. Рідко таке буває”, – розповів дитячий хірург Микола Микита.

Лікарі вирішили зробити Олександрі складну операцію – двобічну, торакоскопічну симпатектомію. Простими словами пересічення нервових закінчень, які і спричиняють дану патологію. Відтак, якщо немає спотвореного сигналу від нервів до судин – судини приходять у норму, спазму більше немає, вони розширюються та починають добре працювати. Ефект від такого втручання є стовідсотковим і одразу після операції.

“Гіпергідроз – це неконтрольований спазм периферичних судин, внаслідок порушення інервації. Відповідно, кінцівки надмірно холодніші. І незалежно чи жарка погода чи ні – відбувається надмірне потовиділення”, – розповів дитячий хірург Микола Микита.

Команда лікарів, яка зробила дівчинці оперативне втручання: хірурги Микола Микита і Юлія Хомин, операційна медсестра Любов Горак (Люба Горак), анестезіолог Марʼяна Собко. Також 13-річну пацієнтку консультували завідувач хірургічного відділення Олег Ленів та дитячий хірург Роман Ковальський.
