Команда лікарів Центру дитячої медицини успішно виходила новонароджене немовля з кашлюком та двобічною пневмонією.

Родина з міста Самбір Львівської області. Дівчинка Олеся – друга дитина у сімʼї. Усе почалося зі хрипів, які мама почула у немовляти на 9 день після народження. У місцевій лікарні поставили діагноз – пневмонія та госпіталізували малятко. Опісля виписали додому. Але у дитини почався сильний кашель.

“Кашель був настільки сильний, що дитина почала аж синіти. Сімейна лікарка сказала зразу їхати до львівського “Охматдиту””, – розповіла мама Олесі Марʼяна.

Наші спеціалісти провели усі необхідні обстеження та поставили діагноз – двобічна пневмонія, кашлюк.

“Дитина поступила до нас у віці 18-ти днів зі скаргами ціанозу (посиніння), зупинки дихання та закашлювання. Стан був настільки важким, що ми одразу госпіталізували маля до реанімації, де вона перебувала 9 днів. З анамнезу знаємо, що старша дитина не вакцинована від кашлюку. Мама теж не щеплена”, – розповіла керівниця Клініки захворювань та реабілітації раннього віку, лікар-педіатр Роксоляна Дуб (Роксоляна Дуб).

Після переведення з реанімації важкість стану утримувалася. Дитина не могла харчуватися фізіологічно, відтак отримувала їжу через зонд. Кожен рух малятка спричиняв кашель, який супроводжувався зниженням сатурації та задишкою. Дитині постійно подавали кисень та антибактеріальну терапію.

❗️❗️❗️Увага! Наші лікарі наголошують, що вакцинуватися від кашлюку варто на третьому триместрі вагітності, таким чином застосувати метод “кокону”, коли вакцинують маму і заодно захищена дитина в утробі. А інші члени сімʼї мають бути вакциновані згідно календаря.

“Кашлюк у такому ранньому віці – це величезна загроза летальності. Саме дітям до 2 місяців найбільш небезпечно захворіти на кашлюк, в цьому віці спостерігається найбільший відсоток летальних випадків, а якщо вакцинувати вагітну жінку, то в її організмі починають вироблятися і проникати через плаценту вже готові захисні антитіла, які можуть профілактувати зараження цим небезпечним захворюванням. Тому в цілому світі профілактують це захворювання за допомогою вакцинації. Це може врятувати життя! Вакцина є повністю безпечною, не варто цього боятися”, – наголошує керівниця Клініки захворювань та реабілітації раннього віку, лікар-педіатр Роксоляна Дуб.
