Утруднене дихання, активна слинотеча та страх. Хірурги нашого Центру успішно прооперували 14-річного хлопця із стороннім тілом у стравоході – шматком шашлика.

До приймального відділення Центру дитячої медицини, лікарні “Охматдит” доставили 14-річного хлопця. Під час вечері він з’їв великий шматок шашлика, який застряг у стравоході. У дитини розпочалося порушення ковтання, активна слинотеча, вона не могла навіть ковтати власну слину, відчувала значний дискомфорт, страх і утруднене дихання.

“Стравохід має природні звуження: на рівні шиї, біля аорти та на вході до шлунка. У цьому випадку шматок м’яса зупинився на другому звуженні. Слина постійно виробляється, але не може пройти далі, що викликає сильну слинотечу, відчуття стороннього тіла за грудиною і страх. Дитина не могла нормально дихати”, – розповів торакальний хірург нашого Центру Олександр Колодій (Олександр Колодій).

Операцію провели вночі – о 2:00 хлопця терміново доправили до операційної, де команда фахівців виконала ригідну езофагоскопію. Втручання тривало близько години: великий шматок м’яса видаляли поетапно, щоб не пошкодити стінки стравоходу.

“Це дуже делікатна хірургічна робота. Необхідно діяти обережно, щоб не спричинити перфорацію стравоходу”, – пояснює торакальний хірург Олександр Колодій.

❗️Подібні випадки трапляються доволі часто, зазначають лікарі. Найчастіше пацієнти проковтують шматки м’яса, а у менших дітей у стравоході можуть опинитися дрібні іграшки, батарейки, монети або деталі конструктора.

✅На щастя, операція пройшла успішно. Після ретельного спостереження в лікарні хлопця виписали у задовільному стані. У подальшому він перебуватиме під наглядом фахівців.

🔎 Операційну команду очолював торакальний хірург Олександр Колодій. Також у хірургічному втручанні брали участь інтерн, дитячий хірург Ольга Кононова та анестезіолог Мар’яна Собко.
